ChaIN


ChaIN is a tool to quantify the chain formation between male flies.

• A method based on machine vision
• Automatically measures the number of flies in courtship chains
     (i.e. the chain index)
• Analyze chain formation in four behavioral chambers simultaneously

ChaIN ver.1 scores all the flies in chains.
ChaIN ver.3 scores only the follower flies in chains.
